Press conference includes

Press Kit includes
•Company profile - history of board director
& pic - job details
•Press release
- Welcome, take care, register throughout
the media.
- Coordinate media interviews the
administrator after event.
- Photography throughout the event in
digital.
- Delivery press kit to other media who not
participate in that event.
- Do press release.
- Clipping & Monitoring send by email day by
day.
- Collect all the news, summary and send to
a customers.
Note:
•The company guarantees for press release
into media. Average is not less than 15 news
per month/job. In the newspapers for daily,
for 3 days, weekly, monthly, magazine
related and internet media.
•Pay in advance 50% and the rest after send
all press releases.
•This package is not includes venue, MC,
snack, souvenir and other special
activities.
•Plus 7% VAT.

1.1 Press Conference Management
•Organize press conference.
•Pre-brief key executives before event (on
media attendance update, profile of media
and attending journalists.)
•Manage and coordinate media briefing floor
plan and set up.
•Identify and compile comprehensive media
invitations list.
•Issue email and mail invitations to Bangkok
based media.
•Conduct RSVP for media attendance.
•Registration and greeting/introduction of
media at the press conference.
•Facilitate media interviews and conduct
follow-up.
•Print and pack press kit materials – (soft
copies in CD/DVD)
•Media relations – to moderate Q&A session.
Note: Does not include an event
MC/moderator.
1.2 Communications Consultation:
•Includes strategic consultation and
evaluation.
•To advise your company of any current or
potential topics in Thailand to avoid, any
competitors¡¯ event on the same day, any
particular/ad hoc media publication to ride
on, proofread/advise press angles for press
kit drafts etc.
1.3 Media Management, Coordination and Media
Relations:
•Includes handling and managing media
relations activity
•Leverage current media contacts database,
develop and expand the media databases
moving forward.
•Handle pre-event, event and post event
media inquiries.
1.4 Copywriting and Press Pack:
•Bilingual Th/Eng copywriting, translations
and materials.
•Drafting press release and other
communications materials.
•Translation work for media kit – press
releases, bios and fact sheets to Thai
language (up to 8 pages maximum)
1.5 Press Releases and Media Information
Distribution:
•Prepare up maximum of 1 press release and 1
post event photo caption.
•Post event news release/dissemination – via
email, fax or hard copies to press
rooms/editors.
•Includes photo development or duplication.
•Includes printing/photocopying of press kit
materials (press release, fact sheets etc.)
•Does not include professional
photographer¡¯s fees.
1.6 Post event press report
•Daily news and market monitoring with
monthly reporting, evaluation, analysis and
documentation.
•Print media monitoring and daily news
summary.
•News monitoring and clipping services.
Black and white scanned copies to be
provided on a weekly basis after major
events.
Notes:
•60% payment deposit due on daten of
agreement signing, must be paid before work
can commence.
•40% payment due 15 days after completion of
event.
•Additional scope of work, additional
requirements or extra costs incurred will be
charged to the client accordingly.
•Third party costs for bilingual MCs, venue
catering, design, light and sound
production, photography are the
responsibility of the client.
•Plus 7% VAT.
